ACMARK s.r.o. was established in 2009 and its mission is to provide high-quality consulting services designed to support the marketing and business processes in organizations. To support these activities and processes our company supplies globally tested information technology which helps our customers successfully develop their own activities and reach the maximum possible profitability.

At present we employ 16 people on various positions.

First we focused on the supply of CRM systems and relevant services only. Because of the “movement on the market” and based on the needs of our customers we have added systems to our product portfolio designed for:

• document management and business process management,
• data analysis and presentation or business intelligence,
• web portals and websites,
• integration with telephone exchanges and call centres,
• mobile systems for immediate data access and
• development of customer-tailored software.

How has our company developed?

• 2009 – establishment of ACMARK s.r.o.
• 2010 – obtaining partner certification for implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• 2011 – we have more than 5 employees
• 2012 – obtaining the certificate according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 “communication and consulting services, information technology development”
• 2014 – start of operations in the Slovak Republic and Poland
• 2015 – we have more than 10 employees and a turnover of CZK 10 million and we moved to new presentable premises
• 2016 – we received a grant from the European Union funds for the development of DIRECTIS 2
